To help support our international users, UTF-8 characters (i.e., multi-byte characters for languages like Japanese and Chinese) are now accepted in file/folder names. Note: UTF-8 characters are not yet fully supported outside of file/folder names (e.g., account names and passwords, user metadata, uplink names, contacts, email subjects and bodies).
