Not only can you get support and learn how to get the most out of your Hightail account on our Higher Learning support site, you can also post your suggestions on our Ideas forum on how you think we can better improve our service!
When you initially navigate to the forum, you will see a Categories area with links to our different product divisions. Have an idea on how to make our Desktop Appbetter? Then be sure to select the Desktoplink and post in this area.
You’ll notice these 5-star rating scales next to each suggestion post. The more stars a post receives, the better visibility it gets. Also, the higher rating an idea has, the higher the likelihood that it will be forwarded to our Product Management team. Every week, Kathleen and myself- your Community Managers- shoot an email over to this department letting them know the top suggestions that have been posted.
Here are the top 5 ideas trending on the forum now:
Be sure to go rate these posts if you agree with them! Also, you may notice there are many duplicate suggestion posts. We highly encourage you to use the
toolbar located on the upper right-hand side of the screen to make sure your idea is not already posted. Often times, someone else has beaten you to the punch! Make sure to rate these posts 5-stars
You'll also notice status fields on some of these suggestions. Coming Soon means the post received high ratings and we are in the works of making this available to you, Delivered is pretty self-explanatory and means we actually already offer what it is you are suggesting, Under Consideration means the post has not received that high of ratings, however, is still an idea we think would improve our service, and Unspecified means it has not yet been reviewed and needs more ratings.
