In our new Desktop Application (version 2.3.1), we have Help menu support so you can refresh all your file and folder data, and easily find your log file in case you run into an issue and need our help to fix it.
If you ever run into an issue where your files or folders aren't syncing properly, before you pick up the phone to call our amazing support team, consider this quick tech tip:
1.) In your computer menu bar, click the Hightail icon.
2.) Scroll down and select Help > Tools > Refresh Sync Data.
