Refreshing your Sync Data

In our new Desktop Application (version 2.3.1), we have Help menu support so you can refresh all your file and folder data, and easily find your log file in case you run into an issue and need our help to fix it.

If you ever run into an issue where your files or folders aren't syncing properly, before you pick up the phone to call our amazing support team, consider this quick tech tip:

1.) In your computer menu bar, click the Hightail icon.

2.) Scroll down and select Help > Tools > Refresh Sync Data.

I've just downloaded the desktop app and there is no menu of any sort, just a link to the Hightail folder.

Clarification on what "Refresh Sync Data" does: Does it replace all the folders and files I'd previously sync'd, with the new/current versions of them?  (Even if some of the files haven't been modified in the interim?)  Or is it just refreshing links, in some way?  (First option would take ages in my case; second one might be pretty quick.)
