Request a Return Receipt

Previously, the Return Receipt option was available for premium members, and also available at a fee for our Lite users.  With our latest release, we have made this option available for all users!


Requesting a return receipt allows you to rest easy knowing that your files have been successfully delivered.  For example, let's say you are a PR consultant who uses Hightail to send images requested by journalists. The return receipt info is a useful way to confirm that the image files were indeed downloaded, without bombarding clients with followup emails to check the status.




Simply check the option as you send off your files, and we will take care of the rest!  You will receive an email as soon as the files have been downloaded.
